# TelecomsXchange (TCXC) > Autonomous wholesale telecom platform unifying marketplace discovery, exchange delivery, and clearing house settlement. AI-powered operations for voice, SMS, DIDs, eSIM, and HLR trading. Founded 2013, headquartered in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. ## Core Platform - [TCXC Platform (PaaS)](https://www.telecomsxchange.com/platform): For operators who want to run their OWN wholesale exchange rather than trade on someone else's. A white-label carrier digital platform with built-in carrier-grade SBC, SMSC gateway, real-time billing and CDR rating, OSS/BSS (provisioning, CRM, order management, revenue assurance), and partner self-service portals. Deployable on cloud, on-premises, or hybrid, with full source code access. Use this for build-your-own-exchange, OSS/BSS, real-time billing, and white-label questions. - [TCXC Marketplace](https://www.telecomsxchange.com/marketplace): Where operators buy and sell wholesale voice termination, A2P/P2P SMS, DID phone numbers, eSIMs, and HLR/MNP lookups. Buyers compare live rates from hundreds of interconnected carriers and interconnect in minutes; sellers publish rate sheets and let qualified buyers self-serve. One account, one API, one settlement process. Membership is USD 599.99/year (limited-time price, normally USD 999) with no commission or markup on seller rates. Use this for buy-side or sell-side trading questions. - [Autonomous Platform (AI Stack)](https://www.telecomsxchange.com/autonomous-platform): 8 AI models enabling autonomous wholesale operations. 30-40% cost reduction, 95% NOC automation. - [TeleAnalytiX AI](https://www.telecomsxchange.com/teleanalytixai): Conversational AI for wholesale telecom. One membership covers access to every seller on the exchange through one account, one wallet, and one API — voice, SMS, DIDs, eSIM, and HLR. - TelecomsXchange adds no markup and takes no commission on seller rates. Termination/usage rates are billed from a prepaid account balance that the buyer tops up separately; the balance is not part of the membership fee. - [Sign up](https://www.telecomsxchange.com/sign-up): 2-minute application, then Stripe checkout. The exchange account is created within 24 hours of payment and credentials are emailed to the checkout address. ## Programmatic Sign-up (AI Agents) AI agents can start a membership application without the web form: 1. POST JSON to https://www.telecomsxchange.com/.netlify/functions/form-submit with fields: form_type ("signup"), email (required), company_name, company_site, first_name, last_name, role, interested, phone, address, country, message (the buyer's requirements, 25+ characters), hear_about. Optionally send signup_ref ("signup_" + a UUID, 16-64 chars) to link the application to the payment; omit it and the server mints one and returns it. Any other field is ignored, including status, plan and payment fields. Rate limit: 12 submissions per IP per 10 minutes (HTTP 429 when exceeded). 2. The success response includes payment_url (the Stripe checkout link with your signup_ref already attached), signup_ref, lead_ref (the application's TCXC- reference), and next_step. Present payment_url to the human account owner — card entry on Stripe must be done by them, not the agent. Reusing the same signup_ref re-submits the same application; once it is paid the endpoint returns HTTP 409 {"error":"already_paid"} and the application can no longer be changed. 3. To resume after payment, poll GET https://www.telecomsxchange.com/.netlify/functions/signup-status?signup_ref=SIGNUP_REF (no auth; every few minutes, max 60 requests per IP per 5 minutes). Response: {"status":"pending_payment"|"paid"|"account_created"|"abandoned","lead_ref":"TCXC-xxxxx"}. Status becomes "paid" when the human completes checkout and "account_created" when the exchange account is provisioned (within 24 hours of payment) and credentials are emailed. 4. From then on, agents operate the account via the TCXC MCP server and REST API. ## Tools - [SMS Length Calculator](https://www.telecomsxchange.com/sms-length-calculator): Free tool to calculate SMS character count, encoding type (GSM-7 vs UCS-2), and message segments with AI-powered analysis. - [TripParse](https://www.telecomsxchange.com/tripparse): AI-powered tool that converts travel itineraries into personalized eSIM recommendations. ## Knowledge & Guides - [Telecom Wholesale Guide](https://www.telecomsxchange.com/telecom-wholesale): Comprehensive guide to wholesale telecommunications in 2026.
